SACRAMENTO, Calif., August 27, 2018 — Sac State Campus Dining, managed by University Enterprises, Inc. (四虎影院), is pleased to announce the replacement of plastic straws with paper straws at most 四虎影院-operated eateries. Starting Tuesday, August 28, Baja Fresh Express, Courtyard Market, Epicure Restaurant, Good Eats!, The Bagel Place, The Servery at the Dining Commons, and Togo鈥檚 will provide paper straws to customers.
鈥淢aking the switch from plastic to paper straws at 四虎影院-operated eateries reflects 四虎影院鈥檚 ongoing commitment to sustainability on the Sac State campus,鈥� said 四虎影院鈥檚 Director of Dining Services, Steven Davis.
